Maddie threatening adulthood

 So, though I seriously think I'm the age of the girls coming home from their missions right now, my daughter somehow turned 18, and graduated from High School! Even with just one year at this school, she's been so blessed to meet great people (not all pictured here!) and have some really good experiences.  She was thrilled to be accepted to BYU, and has been working hard at her Car Dealership job earning $ to go there in the fall. She's had fun going to FBLA competitions, and even won a writing contest in the Poetry division! She's also been busy helping to plan Girls Camp and Youth Conference w/ her Youth Committee calling.  We don't see a lot of her as it is, and she does not love to be in the spotlight, but we've loved capturing a slice of her beauty the last little while as we celebrate the great woman she's becoming.  It's really startling in a fabulous way to be her mom, and when the Seniors gave talks in Sacrament Mtg a few weeks ago, it was amazing to again hear her testimony, built on scriptures she has searched and experiences she has had, and expressing faith she has found.  I have no greater joy.... :)
