What happens when you have a snowy, cold spring break?--You fake it!! Spencer, with his April birthday, got some great waterguns and a kite for his birthday. It was a little warmer for the first day or two of Spring Break, but on his birthday, it was bleak and cold and WINTRY (and stayed that way the rest of the week). I thought it was too bad he'd have to wait to play w/ his toys, but next thing I knew, the boys were donning snow clothes (it hadn't actually snowed yet), and filling up the waterguns! "They're waterproof!" they shouted as they ran out the door. :)
After that workout, they even got the kite up on the strong blowing winds!
